Supertune Design: Engine
There are many engine choices available for your Lambretta from standard to high performance. We have spent many years developing and testing components to produce reliable efficient long lasting units. We currently offer several engine specifications giving a wide scope of choice.
Cast Cylinders
We only tune genuine Innocenti cylinders and use Asso pistons. Combining with the 25mm Dellorto carburettor and big bore clubman exhaust. These give good long-term reliable engines and great fuel consumption whilst being able to cope with modern traffic speeds.
Targa Twin
The engine Lambretta never got in to production but has now become a reality. The most unique Lambretta design in the world, resulting in effortless performance with a smoothness that no single cylinder Lambretta will ever produce. We've been working very closely with Tino Sacchi and Lambretta.it developing the set-up of the Targa Twin over the last two years. Even though the most expensive choice - it has to be the ultimate Lambretta engine ever produced.
Super Monza
The latest high powered Lambretta kit on the market. Still in its infancy but delivers big torque and great spread of power like no other single cylinder Lambretta engine. We only use the highest specification of this engine supplied by Cambridge Lambretta and Performance Tuning.
We warranty all our engines for one year subject to our terms and conditions which are explained at the initial consultation prior a project starting.
